What's in my makeup bag!

Hi friends!

I hope this post finds you having a good Monday! I will be sharing with y'all what is in my makeup bag, basically, ALL of makeup! Leave a comment for me if you use or have used one of these products and what you thought/think of the product!

1. My makeup bag.

I love this makeup bag so much! It is my favorite bag I have used so far, and I have used many trust me! This one is a perfect size for all of my makeup. It has sturdy walls so it doesn't flap to the side when there isn't as much makeup in it. Its also a super cute pattern and color! I recived this bag for Christmas!

2. Primer

Primer, primer, primer.... I honestly NEVER wear it unless I'm doing a full out look.

But when I do use it, I use primer spray or moisturizer. And obviously I put sunscreen on! The primer spray I use is from Ulta, as well as the matte spray. I use Dual Action moisturizer from Clean & Clear, which I got at Target. For sunscreen I mainly use Sun Bum.

3. Foundation

I hardly ever wear foundation, but when I do use the Fit Me. This wasn't my first choice of foundation but, it works pretty well. One "foundation" I do like, is the Ipkin BB cream. I wear it in my daily natural look. (Read more about those products here) I also use CC cream which, yet again I got from Birch Box. But it is originally from Marcelle. I also use Clinque powder over which ever foundation I use.

4. Blush/ highlighter

This is my favorite part of makeup!

I love getting new highlighter and blush from Birch Box and trying them out. My most recent favorite blush, is the Phase Zero blush. I also have liquid blush, but it is not my favorite. It is hard to blend in and look natural. Now on to highlighter! In a natural look I don't wear highlighter but in every other look I do! Just like blush I have regular highlighter and liquid. I prefer the powder type because it is easier to blend, and is a little more subtle. While on the other hand, the liquid highlighter is VERY bright. So on special occasions I will wear that!

4. Eye shadow

Lets just say I'm not the best at eye shadow. But I still love doing it!

I received a HUGE eye shadow palate from my best friend for Christmas! It has so many different colors I love!

Tip: Put a bright sparkle, such as white in the corner of your eye to brighten the look!

I also have a more subtle palate from Target! I use the plain colors from it as a base.

5. Mascara

I wear mascara on a daily basis so I need to have one I really like! I get lots from my Birch Box, which is great because then I can try different mascara's! Right now I am using the Milani mascara. It makes my eyelashes long with out clumps. The only downside is that it smudges under your eye after an hour or so. I also curl my eyelashes! It really makes a difference. And part of my skin care routine, every night I put coconut oil on my lashes to help them grow longer.

6. Brows

Eyebrows are really important to me. They can throw off an entire look if they don't look right. On every day looks I just brush them up with my eyebrow brush. But on special occasions I do use brow filler and correcter.

7. And of course I have all of these lip products. I always use a scrub on my lips before, my lip products. ( Check out how to make DIY strawberry scrub!)
